The product showed up right on schedule, which was a relief, but man, the packaging could use some serious improvement. The box was all smashed up, and the guard was just hanging out. They tossed in a few random USPS boxes inside the larger one, thinking that would keep everything safe during shipping. Big mistake! Thankfully, the guard itself was fine and the paint was untouched. Maybe it’s time to have a chat with your shipping team about using bubble wrap or giving them a break.

I ordered a coolant hose with the part number ESR3296, which is supposed to be a single piece. Instead, I got a coolant hose with part number PH119060, which is a cheap aftermarket version that comes with six different hose clamps, plus plastic tees and elbows that are likely to leak. I specifically chose the ESR3296 to steer clear of those inferior parts with clamps. My invoice clearly shows the ESR part number, so this mix-up wasn’t on me. Then I tried to reach out to customer service. It was a total dead end—couldn’t talk to anyone, and every time I tried to leave a voicemail, I just got sent to a fax machine, no matter what I pressed. The only thing I’ve gotten back are emails asking me to rate my experience.

I was a bit unsure about trying to fix the Disa Valve for my 2009 BMW 328i e92's N52N intake manifold. But I went ahead and used the i6 automotive rebuild kit I got from UKARAUTO, and honestly, it was pretty straightforward and didn’t consume much time. Big shoutout to both UKARAUTO.com and i6 Automotive!

The only thing I think could use a bit of work is how easy it is to navigate the website. But honestly, with the service I got, they could send me an old-school paper catalog and I wouldn't even mind. 10/10, I’ll definitely recommend and shop here again!

I ordered a door panel for my 1994 Defender 90. When it showed up, it didn’t attach like the original one. I fiddled with it, trying to get it to fit, only to discover that not only did it not attach properly, but it also didn’t fit at all. I reached out to UKARAUTO, and they told me I’d need to purchase extra parts to get it to fasten right. When I mentioned that it didn’t fit correctly, they said I could return it if it was in 'new' condition. Well, after trying a bunch of things to make it work, it definitely wasn’t in 'new' shape anymore. Now, they won’t take it back. My advice to them? They should clearly state on their website that this isn’t a plug-and-play door card. You gotta buy extra parts from them to make it work, and if there are different fitting door cards, that should be made clear too.
